Current ReRain Projects

ReRains most recent project is an 1800 gallon rain cistern which is collecting from a nearly 10,000 square foot greenhouse. This water is then pumped into the main irrigation lines and out the overhead emitters throughout the greenhouse. The water is rich in nutrients and has been used with superb results to grow orchids. This was the first chance we had to see the affects of atmospheric deposition on a large scale with sensitive plant life. The site is Hanks Chapel Green Houses at it has made for the perfect catchment to demonstrate the power of rain harvesting.

All over wells are drawing upon a finite amount of ground water and as droughts progress this resource becomes more and more scarce. Many have experienced loss of well pressure and there are reports or artesian wells which have ceased to flow. Before this becomes a desperate situation consider your options and lets us help you make a rain harvesting system.
